Terms of Service

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

Credits, plans and billing

Rendering speech with platform voices consumes character credits — one credit per character of input. Plans renew automatically until cancelled from Manage billing. Monthly allowances refresh each billing period; unused subscription credits roll over up to two months of allowance. Credit Boost packs do not expire while your account is open. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

New subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the first payment if you have used less than 10% of that period’s credits. Contact [email protected].

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• clone, imitate or impersonate a real person’s voice without their documented consent;
• create audio intended to deceive, defraud, harass, or mislead people about who is speaking;
• produce content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, hateful, or that infringes others’ rights;
• interfere with the Service, bypass usage limits, or resell access without a written agreement.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

Voice cloning

When you upload or record a voice sample you confirm that it is your own voice or that you hold written permission from the speaker to create and use a synthetic copy. You may delete a cloned voice at any time, which removes the sample and the voice model.

Your content

You keep ownership of the scripts you submit and the audio you generate. Paid plans include a commercial-use license for generated audio, subject to these terms and the policies of the underlying speech providers. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the Service.

Developer API

API keys are confidential and tied to your account. Requests are subject to rate limits and consume credits like studio renders. We may change or deprecate endpoints with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
