Privacy Policy
Last updated October 11, 2026
This policy explains how Vexano Media (“we”) handles personal data in Vexano Voice AI.
What we collect
- Account data — email address, display name, and authentication records.
- Content — scripts you submit, audio you generate, and voice samples you upload for cloning.
- Billing data — plan, payment status and invoices. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Usage data — characters rendered, voices used, API key activity, and security logs such as IP address for rate limiting.
How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, render your audio, enforce plan limits, process payments, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your scripts, audio or voice samples to train our own models.
Service providers
We share data only as needed to run the Service, with:
- Supabase — authentication, database and file storage;
- Stripe — payments and billing;
- Amazon Web Services (Polly, Bedrock, S3) and Cloudflare (Workers AI) — speech synthesis, AI script direction and hosting;
- ElevenLabs and OpenAI — speech synthesis and voice cloning when you choose their voices.
Each processes data under its own terms and security commitments.
Retention
Generated audio and history are kept until you delete them or close your account. Cloned voices and their samples are deleted when you remove the voice. Billing records are retained as required by tax law.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by row-level security, audio files are private and served through short-lived signed links, and API keys are stored only as one-way hashes. Your sign-in session is kept in your browser’s local storage.
